The Advanced Learning Institute whole heartedly supports ‘Vividha – A Centre For Women Empowerment’. We sincerely believe that till the women are not incorporated as an integral part of development, progress in this hi – tech world is impossible. Therefore, we silently work with relentless and honest efforts, so that we truly make a difference at the grass root level. At Vividha our endeavour has always been to work for upliftment of women so as to empower them, especially in the marginalised communities thereby impacting societal perceptions.
Vividha encapsulates a plethora of initiatives related to emancipation of women both at the physical and psychological level. Headed by a renowned and award winning activist and social worker, we have consistently propelled our efforts towards women rights awareness and delegation through the following missions:-
Capacity Building & Gender Audits
Aimed at improving focus on understanding the obstacles that inhibit women from realizing their developmental goals, while enhancing the abilities that will allow them to achieve measurable and sustainable results. We use gender audits as a tool to identify and analyse the factors that hinder efforts to mainstream gender disparity.
Working for Marginalized Community women
Networking with the minority Muslim women on the ‘right based approach’. Imparting training through our leadership programs and running various vocational courses for them so that these victimised women regain confidence.
Running Counselling centers
Across 5 ‘Mahila Thanas’ in Jaipur we help them run counselling centers to support grieved women & help them report cases against physical & sexual abuse. We nudge matters with police to make sure that the victimised women achieves legal protection & justice.
Documentation & Publications
With a strong belief of spreading awareness about rights & duties we support printing of newspapers / newsletters for the neo-literate women. We sincerely believe that educating a woman will make a difference in the society.
Girl child education
Get as many girls to go to school by counselling their parents and extending financial support. We help Vividha run a women support fund called ‘Ekal Naari’ under the UNICEF guidelines.
Third Party Representations
In various sexual harassment cases we support the treatment of the girl and participate in many sexual abuse committees across various departments of the state.
